1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AskAce.net ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
AskAce is an AI-powered wedding vendor marketplace that connects engaged couples with wedding service providers. Our services include vendor discovery, messaging, reviews, planning tools, and ACE — our AI wedding concierge.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Vendor Listings
Vendors are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, pricing, and availability. AskAce does not guarantee the quality of vendor services. We encourage couples to verify all details directly with vendors before making commitments.
5. Reviews & Content
Users may post reviews and content on the Platform. You grant AskAce a non-exclusive license to display your content. Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and free from defamatory or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
Vendor subscription fees are billed monthly through Stripe. All plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. AskAce is not a party to transactions between couples and vendors and is not responsible for disputes arising from those transactions.
7. Cancellation & Downgrades
Vendors may cancel or downgrade their subscription at any time from their billing settings or by contacting support at support@askace.net. Upon cancellation, your paid plan features remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the free tier. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. You may re-subscribe to any plan at any time. Free trials, where offered, are limited to one per account. If you cancel a paid subscription and re-subscribe, you will not be eligible for another free trial period.
8. Limitation of Liability
AskAce provides the Platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
